The great composer and prophet Hannibal Lokumbe has been moved oratorio in tribute to a crucial event in our national history. Dr. Kim phuc, who is here today, was the young girl in vietnam in 1972 who was pictured running down the street after a napalm attack. That photograph so transfixed the world that it helped lead to an end to the vietnam war. And dr.
