There was flooding, major lane closures. They have repeated repairs to the pipe itself but they still have to repair the road. Apparently they had to take out a larger section of the asphalt. They had hoped to have all the work done by this mornings hour but they even not been able to complete the repairs in time. We have one lane getting by to the left in the inbound direction here right in the area of cedar lane. Now, if youre heading outbound in the northbound direction, all the lanes are open. Theyre making a lot of progress, but were seeing the lane closures, weve been here since about 4 30. Actually theyve made tremendous progress in that time filling in the hole with asphalt here.
