Highway 4 and there was a crash that has been cleared there is a report of a crash eastbound 580 in the noncommute direction. In the eastbound direction grant line road one lane is blocked because of a crash that happened there. 580 in the Richmond Bridge toll plaza if youre making your way over traffic is a little bit slow and lighter overall than it was this time yesterday and taking a look traffic here is okay. The toll plaza you can see it through the sun streaming in you are looking at a 20 minute delay. This weekend will be really interesting.
