The accused claimed that during polygraph, narco and brain mapping tests, those conducting the tests pressured them to name a political party or leader in connection with the case.
The High Court noted that the FIR contains sensitive details and that as per the Supreme Court's directions, the accused needed to first approach the Police Commissioner to get the FIR copy.
