We have a special meeting in the ingleside district, this is my Police Station so im really happy to be here. We dont have too full of an agenda tonight, so well allow three minutes for Public Comment. With that, lets get started. Call the first item. Line item 1a. Chiefs report will be limited to a brief description of the significant incidents. Rock leases that were posing to consolidate into a single lease extension with Mission Valley rock company. It encompasses a parcel is referred to in many cases as s p 24 Surface Mining permit 24. Which is necessary for Water Management and fine management for Mission Valley box operation. The area to the northward of it is number 32 was the active mining area they use reyna. So this v6 engine would match up with the other lease and allow them to continue their operation inefficiently but also has benefits for us in terms of Water Management, both for the Alameda Creek recapture project and the san antonio bypass i plan parts. We recommend approval of this item to extend the lease permission value valley rock for these parcels. Thank you for that. When i was before us before, was not clear to me at the time this was not really prominent. That the extraction of this site has terminated and were renewing not for mining purposes but something else. Thats a very different kind of lease. Te

When i saw this Strategic Plan drafted i thought here is my chance to do something that i have thought about doing for a long time and that is suggest that we add everyone to the Mission Statement for rec and park. Because it says in the Diverse Community but i really felt everyone reflected that we really do welcome everyone and in my specific role in the department that really includes people with disabilities and that worried everyone says that to the community.
