Self-styled Godman Narayan Sai on Friday urged the Gujarat High Court to grant him temporary bail to visit his ailing father, Asaram Bapu, who he said was in a critical health condition and may not survive for long.
Narayan Sai, who is convicted in a rape case, had sought temporary bail to look after his ailing father Asaram Bapu, who is also convicted in a rape case.
Controversial godman, Asaram Bapu has moved the Gujarat High Court seeking to suspend the life sentence imposed upon him by a court in the State for repeatedly raping a female disciple.
