An emergency ordinance specifically for data centers passed by a unanimous vote, with the exception of JP Jim Harp abstaining from voting. The ordinance regulates external noise reduction of data centers to prevent noise disturbance in Boone County. The seven-page ordinance was drafted by the Arkansas Association of Counties (AAC).
