Along with the stringent hiring requirements it has become increasingly difficult to identify and employ qualified candidates. In order to provide a High Standard of care for our San Franciscos community of seniors and adults with disabilities contractors need increases in funding to be able to adequately fund these vital positions. 2015, 16 budget requests requests dos to allow agencies to pay a more equity salary level for caseworker positions.
