Although skeptical that Willmar City Council will make progress on a city hall decision, both Kandiyohi County Economic Development boards are allowing time for that to happen before exploring other options.

During a recent presentation to the Kandiyohi County and City of Willmar Economic Development Commission, consultant Barbara Marks of Engan Associates told the Joint Powers Board that it needs to figure out potential partnerships and programming needs before moving forward with a new location.
