Kandiyohi County and City of Willmar EDC told to 'pump the brakes' on potential relocation

During a recent presentation to the Kandiyohi County and City of Willmar Economic Development Commission, consultant Barbara Marks of Engan Associates told the Joint Powers Board that it needs to figure out potential partnerships and programming needs before moving forward with a new location.
