Student stabbed to death in clash - Newspaper

ISLAMABAD: A student was stabbed to death while five others were injured in a clash between two student groups of a university here on Thursday, police said. The deceased was identified as Abdul Haq while the injured were identified as Ihtasham, Sajjad, Assghar and Rasheed. The fifth injured student could not be identified as he left the hospital early. The incident took place outside National University of Modern Languages (Numl) shortly after evening classes were concluded. An officer told Dawn on condition of anonymity that according to security guards of the university, a group of students had been waiting for their rivals outside its premises and attacked them as soon as they came outside.
