Driver sent to jail. There is a lot of questions how the bus was booked by a 16 years old. New at 11 cheryl hurd with some of the answers. Reporter well just how he rented that bus is under investigation. Some marin county parents thought their kids are going out to an outing in San Francisco, instead, they were planning a party with alcohol and drugs. Well, i just dont know a 16 years old rents a bus. Here is a picture and police provided to prove it. They got tips on monday by a caller who says the party bus leaves the terminal filled with minors. The bus had about 40 juveniles on it with alcohol and drugs. The Police Authorities responded and pulled up just as the bus leaving the terminal parking lot. As they pulled out, the front door was opened and swinging. Police made contact with the bus driver, 63 years old james green, who was cooperative at first. He told officers that there were kids on the bus and hes taking this em to their parents.
