I can picture it but its not a good picture. Mark at his weekly news conference, governor branstad did not say whether he would support an iowa utilities board ruling that would allow Dakota Access to use Eminent Domain to take private land along the 348 mile route through iowa. Theyre not taking the land, theyre only using the land to put a pipeline through and weve had thousands of miles of pipeline put through the state. Mark Dakota Access claims it has signed easements with well over half the landowners on the Pipeline Route but plenty of holdouts remain. It kind of makes me angry that they can push us around like that, an out of state forprofitcompany can come in and take our land, its just not right. Mark the iowa utilities board will rule whether Dakota Access can use Eminent Domain. Their final decision is expected within the next 3 months. But first, they will hold a series of public hearings the invited to comment, is November Boone county fairgrounds. Stacey new information
