The base of the pole is right here. But the pole itself is about 30 feet down the street next to that suv. This dodge derango was traveling westbound near tiogeau tree when it plowed into a light pole. A mother was standing on the a sidewalk nearby with her 9yearold son and whats believed to be her 11yearold daughter. The suv and light pole crashed on to them. The mother was pronounced dead at the hospital, her 9yearold is in stable condition. The 11yearold daughter was not injured. Witnesses ran to help the victims and confront the driver.
