Live in christchurch, where its just after 3 00 in the morning. Lets talk about the scene. What youre hearing. I know youre outside of a hospital. Its relatively quiet now. Obviously 3 00 in the morning. Occasionally we hear helicopters flying above. Probably law enforcement. Outside we do see a lot of people coming in and out, some law enforcement. Some maybe family, maybe other people, but its a heavy, highlevel of security right now in front of the hospital. You see a lot of extra security and armed guards. Armed with really large guns which is unusual in new zealand in general considering a lot of the Police Officers dont carry weapons on them.
