US online gambling operator DraftKings on Monday announced that it has bought Tel Aviv-based jackpot and gamification company BlueRibbon Software.
DraftKings said the move will help it enhance customer experience. The operator will now integrate BlueRibbon’s unique jackpot functionality and other marketing tools as it grows its presence in the US iGaming market.

NASDAQ traded online gaming giant DraftKings announced yesterday that it had acquired Tel Aviv based jackpot and gamification company, BlueRibbon Software. The full details of the acquisition have yet to be revealed, but the move will lead the way for DraftKings to establish an Israeli R&D base.

Sports betting and daily fantasy sports operator DraftKings has completed the acquisition of jackpot and gamification business BlueRibbon Software.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, but DraftKings said it would now use BlueRibbon’s jackpot functionality to improve customer experience for its players.
This, DraftKings said, will include personalised promotions and rewards tailored to individual customers and jackpots that pay out across its product offerings
BlueRibbon was founded in 2017 by its chief executive Amir Askarov and chief marketing officer Dan Fischer.
DraftKings said it intends to fully integrate BlueRibbon’s leadership and current employee base into its global workforce.
