My public works director was one of the first guys i visited with his morning, and his words were that it looks like a tornado hit every street in lake charles. Harris the storm has been downgraded to a category 1 now now is it moves inland. However, it is expected to remain hurricane all the way to the arkansas border. The threat along the way, tornadoes.
