I met Andrea Suarez December 7, 2020, when she and a friend came to Lewis Park on the tip of Beacon Hill. I connected with We♥Downtown on Facebook and saw a post about the event at Lewis Park. There’d been a lot of illegal dumping, casual litter, and debris around camps in public places, ignoring it only made it worse for everyone, including homeless people.
