Its hard to know what was mindng through the mans when he ran outside of his fairfax apartment and attacked multiple Police Officers. The grounds were blocked off. Jay this resident witness the chaos. She said that hussani white tossed a television and a door screen from a fourth floor apartment. The police were called. When they arrived, white ran outside naked and assaulted officers on the stairwell, even dragging an officer down a flight of stairs. Pepper spray eventually subdued white.
