Handgun on the ground outside the macys door on the third leveling and most of the investigation appears focused on the fourth level. Heres what police had to tell us just a short time ago. Upon arrival it was determined that a struggle ensued between two subjects in the garage in whichrm a firea was brandished. The struggle continued and one subject was shot. S thatbject has been transported to an area hospital withni lifethreate injuries. Police tell us there is no threat to the community. They have spoken to both people involved inhat struggle. Ey could not tell us what led to that fight or who opened the gun, who was legally owned or how many guns were involved, but, again, we do know that we saw one handgun that was recovered here. One person taken to the hospital with lifethreatening injuries taying on her person the scene and being interviewed by police.
