FOND DU LAC - Fond du Lac County Board of Supervisors is expected to approve the purchase of property located at 848 S. Military Road for the purpose of relocating its Land and Water Conservation Department when it meets Tuesday.   The $1 million purchase from Rademann Development LLC of the strip mall located near Fleet Farm and the roundabout at Military Road and South Pioneer Road will accommodate the department now located in a rental property at W6529 Forest Ave., according to Fond du Lac County Executive Allen Buechel.  The current building s primary tenant, the USDA s Natural Resources Conservation Service, needs more space, which would shrink the county conservation department s portion of the building that currently houses ten employees.
