I think you could see some attempt to modify that but i thinkthink more broadly is going to be two things. One is a general statement of ethicacy that Investment Decisions that are industries with terms of the deal are not helpful. Second i think theres a big concern about overuse of federal authorities by local jurisdictions including sanctions that may be suspended.
