I think you could see some attempt to modify that but i thinkthink more broadly is going to be two things. One is a general statement of ethicacy that Investment Decisions that are industries with terms of the deal are not helpful. Under the authorities given to the government there should be the supremacy clause should grant that to the federal government. Second i think theres a big concern about overuse of federal authorities by local jurisdictions including sanctions that may be suspended.
