They gave me an undisclosed adjustable mortgage, the payment and rate went up so much at the same time, our speculator bought my home who is evicting me when i could not afford the payment when it went up from 1,854 to 3,394. I kept being denied my loan notification which made me feel hopeless. I made 20 percent on a 700,000 house. Being evicted by these real estate investors, speculators, the richer get richer and the poor gets poorer and people should be protected from being displaced in

This is the settlement of a lawsuit that started in 2008. The city frankly was losing that lawsuit because the law was pretty clear that these were onsite advertising billboards. The City Attorney recognized that. Weve negotiated a settlement that took over a year. I find it hard to believe that the Planning Department wasnt available. Theyve always been available to answer any questions that anybody else wanted to ask.
