preventing it from get feeding into the system preventing it from getting stronger. it does still look like a category 1 storm or a little stronger as it makes landfall late tomorrow night. it s moving slowly northwest at 10, looks like it will come very close to new orleans, certainly along the louisiana/mississippi coast there late tomorrow night, early wednesday. most likely as a category 1 storm perhaps with winds up to 90 miles an hour, but they think it could continue to strengthen all the way right before it makes that landfall and then becomes a tropical storm. so again a big story is going to be the hurricane warnings that are up for the potential of a storm surge that could be 6 to 12 feet above sea level. that s for not only louisiana, but the mississippi coastline and a little bit of the florida panhandle. the hurricane warnings continue to nye there. that has not change fly there. that has not changed. the track has not changed and the big story will be not o
