Kohima, June 8 (EMN): Advisor for School Education and SCERT, Dr. Kekhrielhoulie Yhome, informed on Thursday that the department is in the process of formulating the Nagaland Education Service Rules and conducting a cadre review. The advisor assured that the opinions of all concerned would be taken into account while developing the new service rules and conducting the cadre review. The advisor addressed the Nagaland Education Mission Society (NEMS) during Samagra Shiksha’s two-day state-level coordination and review meeting with DMAs and EBRCs at the Administrative Training Institute (ATI) in Kohima. While maintaining that the 2017 service rule is comprehensive and was implemented with good intentions, Yhome emphasised the need to adopt an “all-encompassing” approach and avoid fragmented solutions in the department.
