The lawyer for amtrak engineer bostian says investigators hope they can fill in the blanks to what happened. Why did the train speed up so rapidly before going into the curve . And why did bostian deploy the emergency brakes when he did . Sources tell me he gave blood and urine for testing and thats standard. And the District Attorneys Office wants to search through his cell phone records. His attorney has publicly claimed the cell phone was off as amtrak requires.
