Because we are in a situation where i mean, covid19 is going to be with us for a while. And so as businesses start to reopen, as people start to get back to work, things are going to be a lot different than they were before. So it wont be that we reopen the city and then all of a sudden things go back to what they used to be. And i think that we will evaluate every street closure and every decision that was made and make a determination as to whether or not we should continue or whether or not that street is needed for any other purpose.
