Mental health is like going to a physical gym and you need to work on it every day and when you stop you fall out of shape. I work on myself as far as Mental Health is concerned. Further attacks on Ukraine Today with three children among seven people killed by a russian missile and a Drone Attack on the western city. Yesterday, people were killed by a strike on a ukrainian Army Training Camp and a hospital. It was the single deadliest attack on the war this year. Our Europe Correspondent is there.
