Chicken and seafood restaurant opens in Schenectady
A restaurant called
Union Bonchon Chicken & Cajun Seafood has opened at 1638 Union St. in Schenectady, a former Pizza Hut location.
The
menu offers mostly fish and seafood, in fried and boiled preparations, plus chicken wings in regular and Korean styles (“bonchon” means “my hometown” in Korean), unexpected items like fried cheese sticks and fried rice, and bubble and fruit teas.
