The rivals will go head to head to win the white house in what many experts say will undoubtedly be a close race. The debate will be 90 minutes long with two commerical breaks here in philadelphia at the national constitution center. The us network abc news is hosting the debate. It follows mr macron s rejection of a candidate presented by the left wing bloc that won the most seats in a recent election.
