Heartiest congrats to Dr Prakasa Rao Asavadi, who has been conferred with Padma Shri for the year 2021 in the field of Literature & Education (Sl. No. 22 in the Press Note of Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs). It’s a befitting honour to a really deserving person. He has been my venerable literary friend for five years, though I had known about him much earlier.
