Judge Woodall deferred on making a decision concerning bond until the next court appearance of July 14. That date will also serve as a pretrial conference for Bingham, scheduled to go to trial on August 24.
Bingham was ordered to return to jail on March 10, after Judge Woodall learned that she was under the influence of opiates at the time of the birth of her child in January, which was a violation of her bond release.
