A warrant for failure to appear has been issued for a Trigg County woman charged in connection to the death of her two children.
Keyona Bingham was scheduled to appear virtually Wednesday afternoon before Trigg Circuit Judge Woody Woodall but was not on Zoom when her case was called.
Commonwealth’s Attorney Carrie Ovey-Wiggins asked Judge Woodall to issue the warrant.
Judge Woodall set Bingham’s next pre-trial conference for March 10.
A Trigg County grand jury indicted Bingham on two counts of second-degree manslaughter. The charges stem from an April 7, 2020 house fire on Jefferson Street that killed her children, three-year-old Kamari Harris and seven-month-old Ky’nylee Harris.
