New Delhi [India], June 9 (ANI): The National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) has directed the Secretaries of Ministry of Human Resource Development, Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Labour and Employment, Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, and Principal Secretary, Directorate of Education, Government of NCT of Delhi to submit Action Taken Reports (ATRs) on rights denial to the teachers of private and public schools in India in general and Delhi in particular within six weeks.

It has also asked the chief public information officer (CPIO) of the ministry to put the issue before the “competent authority” to ensure that such data is also updated on a month-to-month basis.
