Without congressional action, there will not be enough money to cover road projects. Yesterday the president spoke in mclean urging congress to do something because if the money stops, there will be real consequences. Bridge replacement projects simply wont happen. Buses wont be replaced and other projects will come to a halt. Even funding to metros silver line project could be in jeopardy as well as hundreds of thousands of jobs. Do something. Thats my big motto for congress right now. Just do something. And if they dont like the Transportation Plan that i put forward, at least come up with your own plan. An aide confirmed the conversation happened but says the governor was open to housing immigrants in other places in the state. Governor omalley has previously described some of the facilities where young detainees are being kept as, quote, kennels. This is a look outside.
