This is why the Flood Warnings are in place. You dont know how deep that water is. Do not drive or each walk through water or even walk through water. It will sweep you off your feet. The warnings are in place until 5 30. Woodstock saw over four inches of rain in a very short amount of time. It is going to take awhile for the waters to recede. Lets look at doppler 9000. On top of the warnings we have more Flash Flood Warnings in place. Out of culpepper we have the Flash Flood Warning until 3 00 this afternoon and it is also for parts of orange. So the aerial Flood Warning from parts of the video shows rain pushing out. We have heavy rain moving south of dc through 95, dunkirk, south of bowie as well. This will push off to la plata very slowly. A lot of rain. That is why we have Flash Flood Warnings in place.
