Police say they had warrant out for 21yearold keith price for shooting earlier this month. When police saw his car yesterday they say he took off. Police say price then drove his car towards the cops hitting a police car then kept going. He then crashed on philadelphia pike and washington street extension got out of the car and ran. Thats when police say he ran up to the side of the church. As the officer pursued keith price reappeared and pointed a handgun at the officer. Which resulted in the officer firing their handgun striking keith price. The two officers involved were treated at the hospital and released last night. They have been put on administrative leave while the investigation continues. The same jury who convicted eric frein will now decide whether he should be sentenced to death. That jury convicted frein on all 12 charges for ambushing two Pennsylvania State troopers in 2014 killing one. Prosecutors are now asking the jury to send him to death row. While defense lawyers are arguing for life sentence without parole. The penalty hearings are expec expected to wrap up early next week.
