But he was also a loving father and husband. Tracy Tracie Strahan is where the funeral will take place. But his commitment to service is what is being remembered by so many people in awe of what he was able to achieve. Joseph lemm was remembered in West Harrison yesterday. He was nicknamed super man by colleagues enlisting in the air force after high school and then he promoted to the rank of technical sergeant. Not only did he serve three tours of duty, he was a 15 year vet of the nypd serving as a defective in the bronx. Even from day one as a new officer to the city of new york, he always had his heart 100 . He was great to work with. He wanted to learn. And he was active. He was always learning and he wasnt afraid. And then we have an accident investigation a little further north of there. But it closes down the ramp from east 233rd to the southbound deegan. You also have the service road closed here. They say 29yearold Michael Collins were recording people without their knowledge in the lifeguard shack. It began with ray kelly appearing on a radio show days ago saying the Police Department, commissioner bratton is in charge of, is manipulating shooting statistics to make it seem like new york city is safer than it is. You have to take a hard look at those numbers. And i can tell you people dont feel safer in this city. Reporter this drew anger from bratton who said ray kelly has given limited details on his claims. Let him back up that allegation.
