If youre here youll see a super voting center, a center where instead of having several polling locations, they will have one center. The Oakland Coliseum being one and the San Mateo Center behind me being the other. California voters are not required to show identification but if you are voting for the first time in the state after registered by mail, it is suggested that you bring one. In terms of contracost a county, voting there started a few minutes ago. Centers are held at churches, hotels, businesses and community centers. A quick check at the contra costa registrars website can tell you where to go. San francisco county has early voting at civic center location.
