>> reporter: that's right. 65,000 doses of the h1n1 or swine flu virus vaccine are here in maryland ready to be administered. the first doses are going to people who work in health care, nurses that work in hospitals. people who deal with patients on a regular basis. we got a first look at that process about 20 minutes ago here at maryland general hospital. a couple of dozen nurses, other health care providers, here at the hospital, got a dose of the h1n1 vaccine. this is the nasal mist variety of the vaccine. the state department of health and human services says it will continue to order more vaccine everyday, potentially vaccinating millions of people across the state. they are targeting five groups of people. some people might be in several of these groups. number one, health care workers. number two, pregnant women. anyone who is between ages 6 months and 24 years old. and also people who care for babies six months or younger because those babies can't get the vaccine. also people from ages 25 to 64 who have a pre-existing condition. if you're over 64 or if you're just not in one of those groups you can still get the swine flu vaccine. it's just an option to talk about with your health care provider. but they are targeting those five groups to get the vaccine to them as soon as possible. the best way to set up a time to get your version of the swine flu vaccine, whether you choose to do the nasal or the shot is to contact your health care provider or if you don't have one, contact your local health department, to set up a schedule, to get yourself vaccinated for both swine flu and also for the regular flu which is already around this fall. live in baltimore, christian schaffer, abc2 news. >> thank you. imagine buying something with a warranty and then being told basically fix it yourself. coming up, a class action lawsuit against dell computers. that kept our spirits going after the colts skipped down. the story in a live report. and yesterday i gave you a two-degree guarantee of 69 degrees. have we got to 69 degrees?
