Norfolk police say it happened at 8 30 this morning. Eyewitnesses tell us the child was crying when Emergency Responders arrived. They say this is a School Bus Stop and the child was with his brother. Witnesses described hearing screams. I heard the screaming and the yelling. The children and the parents that were out there waiting with their children. And obviously, i went out because i didnt know what happened. I didnt hear a crash or anything. Like. That i went out there. There w children waiting for the school bus and a lot of parents waiting with the kids. And this little boy was, you know, lying on the side of the road. Not really moving at the moment. A couple of minutes later, he did start to moan a little bit. Then he started to cry. Reporter and that child was medflighted to the hospital.
