Hundreds of california residents are hoping to return home after a devastating wildfire forced them to evacuate. 3900 homes are destroyed. His publicist said the records would show his client was not texting. Jenner is promising to cooperate with this investigation in every way possible. Cameras captured the exact moment Bruce Jenners cadillac slammed into the car ahead of him and video shows him seconds after impact. Police say the paparazzi who track nearly every move he makes probably did not trigger the Chain Reaction crash that killed one woman and hospitalized several others. Due to the fact that there was traffic. A toyota prius was rear ended by a lexus. A hummer heading southbound slammed into the car, killing the 69yearold behind the wheel of the lexus. Jenner was not hurt and calls the crash a devastating tragedy, adding i cannot pretend to imagine what this family is going through at this time. I am praying for them. The former olympic champion and current reality star has been a tabloid fixture with reports he is in the process of transitioning to life as a woman. Police say jenner was cooperative, passing a sobriety test and offering a blood sample. It does not appear jenner was the cause of the crash. The Sheriffs Department was looking into the cause of trying to answer questions as to why the first car was stopped. Its possible nobody could face charges if Police Department it was an accident. He is cooperating and police are conducting an investigation to see if this was a case of vehicular manslaughter. What kind of evidence would they need to come up with a charge like that . It helps that he is remorseful and cooperative, but there is going to be a blood test or was one taken at the hospital to determine if chicago or drugs were involved. Theyll look at the skid marks at the accident scene and information from his car as to how fast he was going. The bottom line was, was he negligent and did he do something to cause the crash . I have not seen it confirmed by the police perhaps he was carrying a cell phone. Perhaps even texting. Even if that is proven does it prove he caused the crash . No, it doesnt. Those are important factors. You cannot drive holding a cell phone and certainly you cant drive while texting. The records will reveal whether that happened. It was causation. Four cars were involved. Was it his fault in substantial part . He has been in the headlines for a lot of reasons and as a result he is being constantly followed by the paparazzi. The crooks are scouring neighborhoods looking for the puffs of exhaust coming out of your tail pipe. Thats when they move in. You are about to see them in action. You are watching a crime in progress. These thieves spot a car idling in a driveway and they back up and move in and there it goes. In indianapolis watch as this thief swipes that car right in front of the owners house. I had the keys in it heating it up. She only left for a moment but thats all it took. Her car gone in seconds.
