It means is that this proposal might as well be dead in the water. Because the president has said shes not going to waive the 30 day rule less we work something out and were not going to work something out if it means taking of the public defenders. Sadly, as we are doing this in San Francisco santa clara, by the way just became the first jurisdiction in the bay area, in the region to unanimously vote the board of supervisors in santa clara to move forward with their efforts to fund universal representation. So kudos to santa clara. Excuse me [inaudible] [off mic] well im not sure exactly what it looks like. What i am asking is given that this proposal wont be heard this year, given that the mayor wont budge the president and waive the 30 day rule im asking for special meeting next week so that we can hear from the relevant agencies, all of the agencies, and i dont want to bei dont delete any out but certainly we want to hear from law enforcement, want to hear from Public Health, want to hear from education, from all the relevant agencies, with a plan to do to protect the rights of the 44,000 undocumented people that live in San Francisco in light of the fact that this proposal will not be heard. I have nothing to say right now to the people in my district in this city are asking me, what are we going to do in San Francisco. I dont have anything to say because i thought that what i was going to say was well, we are taking care of it. We stood in the rotunda of city hall and said that we are a sanctuary. It turns out that its a lot easier to say that to actually move something forward. I think we owe it to them to say what we are going to do given that this proposal is not moving forward this year. Supervisor mar, i hear you about the need to hear something before we are turned out good the sad thing is that on the issue of immigration is not just a personal preference. For so many people its a issue of reality and survival for them. So i think we owe it to these people that we have made the promise that were going to use the century even though were not acting on this proposal to tell them what we are going to to protect them in light of the fact that we are not willing to act this year. The rest i submit spears thank you supervisor tang campos. Supervisor cohen thank you. Colleagues, today im introducing a resolution affirming this body support for the use of force policy unanimously agreed upon by the San FranciscoPolice Commission and urging the San FranciscoPolice Officers association to implement the Police Commissions use of force policy. This policy is before the Police Commission tomorrow evening we are action is most likely will be taken. This action could be evoked by the commission reaffirming their commitment to the policy. Alternatively, the commission could shift the position and move the prohibition on shooting at moving vehicles. The Police Commissions agenda was not published until friday afternoon which is why i make using this imperative agenda item today. Its critical that the board of supervisors take a public position and affirm support on this issue today before the Police Commission votes on the issue tomorrow. As it has a direct impact on the Public Safety of San Franciscos san franciscans. Use of force policy is supported in full by the mayor, by the Police Commission, and the United States department of justice. As you may recall the us doj was invited by mayor lee generate 21st of this year to introduce dean and review among other things, the use of force strategies of the San FranciscoPolice Department. Despite more than five months of negotiations the work between the San FranciscoPolice Commission and the poa to come to an impasse and sf poa is using their probation against shooting at moving vehicles as recommended by the Police Commission and the doj is a reason for not moving forward. On december 1, 2016 the poa released and egregiously misleading video emphasizing the position excuse me emphasizing their opposition to recommendations from policing experts. These policing experts include the Police Commission, the us doj pres. Obamas test was on 21st Century Policing them who uniformly agree that shooting at moving vehicles is ineffective and flat out dangerous. The shooter, for the target, and for bystanders. The poas campaign is not unlike the disorienting counter Fact Campaign style of pres. Elect donald trump. In fact they are using fear mongering tech tactics to mislead the public district truth and admit limits tested by assertion is that we are borrowing strategy from a present like to support that we are borrowing a strategy from the president elect is supported by the fact that sfp weight pac contributed at least five dollars to the rnc during the 2016 election season. Given the impending changes to the federal government we are in a critical moment when we must stand fearlessly enough base of falsehoods and propaganda. When it comes to defending our identity as a city and in this case were not asking for anything outrageous. As a matter fact were asking for a fossil we strained and we will continue to push the poa as well as pd to continue moving forward in Building Mutual trust and transparency most important building accountability. Theres no reason or objective argument to rationalize the need to shoot at targets moving in vehicles. The time for the poa 20 balls and to frankly update their antiquated policies to ensure the safety of our city and uphold logical and ethical reasoning of our citys leaders. I want to thank president breed supervisor kim Avalos Peskin mar for cosponsorship of the resolute and ive copies of the language that i would like to submit to you and particularly like to highlight there is a section on page 2 that is on line 6, where it says, whereas the same prohibition has adopted successfully by large metropolitan Police Department including ornaments, las vegas, philadelphia and washington dc metropolitan Police Department and also this recommendation has been accepted by the International Association of chiefs of police. I would also like to add a supervisor campos. Thank you. I have been asked to include an additional, whereas clause am going to have to beat into the record. Whereas the sf poa and Police Commission still have a disagreement but the use of force policy, that we are encouraging them to work and resolve and that we are as can be placed [inaudible] [off mic]. Actually ill talk about the rest at the other item in the age of your thank you supervisor cohen. Supervisor farrell. Okay. Supervisor kim. Supervisor mar thank you. For 10 years unless the mta Parking Traffic Department and Police Department to change the time lights on lombard street. They didnt. We ask for red light cameras could they didnt. We had red light cameras and they gave them through 19th and holloway. 45yearold man was killed based on the fact that someone ran a red light if they wouldve had the 12 second delay that we have requested this man would not have been dead. I want us to honor mr. Lowenstein, 45 years old. Three children. Three daughters. Many stories similar to what happened in oakland but this was a horrifying accident. This is a man from tiburon in our neighborhood. Agendized San Francisco. I like you guys to give a moment of peace concerning this young man. 45 years old. My point is, that someone is going to have to start doing something for long item vetoes and to get control over their sf mta. Informed ad nausea him about this issue. And nothing has been done. It now gone through 34 supervisors with this issue nothing is being done. I expect something to be done. If not, can any of the rest of you do it. Thank you very much for lets take the next 14 seconds in honor mr. Lowenstein. Thank you very much. Thank you for your comments. Next speaker, please. I thought we were going to take 14 seconds. Are you beginning of comments now . Okay. I was mistaken obviously today is 7560 came and went. I was preaching the bible at Stanford University on the date trying to talk to a couple of people about the genius of christianity and how if i was to say lets just say today Michael Aquino is good diet eating a cheeseburger at a met donalds in San Francisco. I did not specify, what mcdonalds. I didnt specify what city, San Francisco the item he would be choosing on the cheeseburger, the restaurant he would be at a mcdonalds and that he would die and he would die today and that this prophecy was given the same day by the same author namely me and im not a prophet but the point is when we christians tried to explain to you heathen the genius of christianity it is found in prophecy and the authors had no idea the other guys work it as he is isaiah never new denture daniel never knew moses. Moses never knew zachariah and so on it all these profits a distinct prophecies in regards to the crucifixion, what would happen even the very words they would say were written down by david at 1000 years before it took place. Next speaker, please. Good afternoon supervisors. Peter warfield executive director of Library Users association should we recently, the city and public had very big victory at least for the moment on november 15. That was the day that the sf mta board of directors met and rejected basf mtas plan to reroute the 19 oak st. Bus among 19 polk northbound to completely bypass the three stops doses to the library. In front of the work him in front of the market and hide, the one on working at grove one and for the asian art using them at large and on looking at mcallister. Their socalled seventh and eighth Street Safety plan took no account of the fact that their new plan would force those people using that bus stop to walk three blocks across two big streets additionally making a total between that stop them to other stops of 400,000 additional street crossings for pedestrians. Their whole plan appeared to be providing a likely measure of safety for bikers and possibly for cars and buses entirely at the expense of pedestrians. I would like to thank supervisor melia cohen for sending a letter to the mta objecting to the change of route and id like to thank Siewert Lebron Luis Herrera for sending a letter in chief of the main microblog rate Users Association did quite a bit of publicity to get people to come to meetings and to send letters as well about it and i would like to thank the sf mta board which apparently for once did the right thing but only for now. They said in three months they want to report to find out alternative actions. Thank you thank you mr. Warfield. Next speaker, please. Thank you. President breed and all the cabal should first of all i want to thank member avalos for his attempt recent attempts to reduce San Franciscos carbon upload by changing the usage of our lands in kern county i do appreciate that. Unfortunately, would have to characterize that as tragically pathetic. Im sorry. Given the efforts, the strength of the World Economy and the lack of time that were investing in it. Number 10 wants to pour 5 billion into the San Francisco bank hoping hands on Treasure Island which will be under water. By the time the bonds mature. Good thinking. I wanted also to note that former member devin duffie is now complaining that ridership on bart to sfo is down and something has to be done. People are doing things about it. Uber and lets are currently taking all your time away, all your ridership awake it soon we will have automatic self driving cars which will relieve bart entirely of its burden. Finally i want to note that numbers peskin and farrell were how to divide the course of hardwired heart cables computer access and the like to welcome you to facebook from my phone. This isthis is a Better Technology solution for everybody good so he both have to disappoint your corporate sponsors. Thank you. Thank you. Next speaker, please. Good afternoon supervisors. Caitlin galloway. Meter to comment on supervisor avalos is resolution from earlier regarding urban agriculture in San Francisco good old to thank supervisor avalos are introducing this and think the rest of the board considering this in the coming weeks. Im the cofounder of little city gardens that supervisor spoke of at the threequarter acre farm since 2010 at 203 concert in the Mission Terrace neighborhood. Its a long narrow former creek bed in district 11 that weve operated a working farm growing etc. Produce neighbors restaurants and local markets with offered unique space for education and awareness for City Residents from not only how food is grown monopoly how a character comes out of the ground but also farm systems are maintained at it sort of the unique knowledge set for City Residents to elicit aspiring farmers and hundreds of interested City Residents we demonstrated what it takes to operate a functional production in terms of working farm. We all know our food system is greatly out of balance. The farms could need farmers they think following for this kind of activity and education within the city context is really crucial. As you heard earlier the property we been farming privately owned parcel with a unique physical shape sat vacant for a decade. This obviously been approved for development and be a little city gardens are sadly packing up our operations of seven years to our neighbors. Behalf of the urban Agriculture Community i can say when the most concrete conclusions weve come to both here in San Francisco alongside fellow farmers nationwide is that when access and secure tenure are crucial components to the strength and sustainability of local urban agriculture movement. A Movement Gaining Momentum thanks to you over the past two years. Currently farming is a land use largely temporary novel. In order to have it be more permanent i think we parcels set aside. Need to think creatively to make farming longerterm were permanent fixture in our city. So thank you again. I look forward i can thank you for your comments. Next speaker, please. Hi. My name is alan martinez. I think just as its unwise to take a wait and see attitude on immigration i think its crazy to take a wait and see attitude on how. I been following the news is you all have and the republicans have promised to repeal aca as their first item of business which could include repealing the individual mandate. As a New York Times article pointed out, no matter what we assuring things the republican readership may be saying, insurance, visit their own agenda and will do whats good for them. Sooner rather than later which could introduce chaos to the healthcare system. The new york similar news article stated state of california gives 20 billion from the federal government for healthcare. I dont know thats just a [inaudible] aca or lotta medicare. But thats a lot of money [inaudible] thats a lot of money to raise and would have to be taxes. Considering the number of People Living with hiv and other lifethreatening illnesses in San Francisco, i think it behooves the city of San Francisco to be talking immediately to state representatives to figure out a plan. Right now aid app is not managed by healthy San Francisco. Managed by a private company contracted with the state of the its aj boggs. People like me i take for hiv medications. I had zero tcell count for 15 years. Constantly sick. I did not get well those taking five medication did i can afford five vacation. Cant miss a dose. I cant survive with missing healthcare from a month. So i think it was the city to get an emergency plan in place to take over the aidif the state cant do it. Thank you. Thank you commissioner martinez. Next speaker, please. Hi there, present. The board of atomic decision from districts by name is quinn riley and im here presenting new Organization Called debug politics which a committee of tech workers and others who are attending to bring tech little bit more into the political conversation to acknowledge the ways in which technology played a role in the selection and to try and fix some of those. My background is in politics could they work in sacramento in dc but now work in tech and many of us from this community are mad as heck and ready to get to work. I want to thank supervisor farrell for Ashley Greene to come to our next event at roasting eight pack us on. We are budget techies and the snow we do think we get together for a couple days it lotta pizza think a lot of copy and try to come up with some solutions. It starts on friday. It goes through sunday it is our second one could get one two weeks ago just immediately after the election and also most 100 participants 12 successful projects can enter that green project to combat fake news to expose people to the other side of the political spectrum and to help make people more willing and able to call their congressman some of them have got coverage on cbs news from union pose from tech crunch already. Obviously those projects are product but the organization is here to stay for a while. John to make this a real thing else to foster better conversation between a political activist community and technology were probably some here to ask for your help in fostering the conversation because we are humblewe dont have the solutions yet otherwise we wouldve done him and we need to open a conversation, a dialogue amongst those who are the constituency who were hoping to start. I hope that you and it is the community will join us this weekend friday through sunday at debug politics. Com. Thats how you can find out about us and we suddenly enjoy any of your staff joining us now to foster a better conversation. Thank you for your comments. Next speaker, please. Good afternoon supervisors. My name isi work at the astro collaborative antenna. On project of the tenderloin housing clinic on surviving in supervisor mar for your profound words about to go ship fire in oh. But its a reminder how intimate the bay areas now deeply that tragedy touched our community. So thank you. But im here to talk about today is the Hotel Conversion ordinance. Even the best laws need updates and theres really no greater law in the city for low income tenants than the Hotel Conversion ordinance passed in 1980s. This ordinance has allowed our city to save about 100 sro buildings which remain last resort outing for low income of the lien is able to get a running supervisor peskin a lot of hard work on updates that ordinance but a lot happened in about 20 years. This law which really prevents a lot of illegal tourist rentals from happening in sros which prevents demolitions and unlawful conversions interview updates in supervisor peskin that is been very attentive to the needs of sro communities articulate welcome updates would be helpful in working with the department of building inspection to figure out how best to help them enforce those laws. Just in recent weeks, eventually seen some attempts to undermine this laws ability to preserve sros. So this thursday at the Planning Commission sro tenants from all over the city are going to be coming up to oppose a joke conversion attempt by six sro owners can try and take advantage of law and converts sro units without actually replacing them with comparable units. It also seemed sro owners lawfully run to tourists. Transceiver seven i took time to tour several residential buildings all throughout the city. This update to the Hotel Conversion ordinance will help us prevent that from happening. So really hope you all will work with us to continue to shut the no till conversion ordinance export supervisor peskins law as it comes before you next month. Thank you. And keep your comments. Next speaker, please. Good afternoon supervisors. My name is gail segraves. I am a student organizer with central city sro collaborative. Im here to say thank you to supervisor peskin for updating this Hotel Conversion law. Its very much needed. Just like what leo just said i echo all of that this is personal to me because i live in and sro and i have been living in one for eight years. So we dont need to be taking them away from people like me. We need to keep them in have more than we have right now. So thank you supervisor peskin and we will thank you for your comments. Next speaker, please. Im rj sloan and i work with central city sro collaborative. I live in district 6. I also live in an sro 44. 5 years. I would like to ask the board of supervisors to do everything they can to strengthen and maintain the housing conversion ordinance and ill keep my comments short and sweet. Thank you very much. Thank you. Next speaker, please. So i want to exclude certain Board Members from this conversation that im about to have that would be Avalos Campos Mar peskin and kim. You by definition my mind to not fit the definition about to read. A couple weeks ago i sent you all work orders. Some people got mad at me for talking about people specially women as being horrors. Without Miriam Webster diction dictionary defines a whore as woman who engages in sexual acts for money or the second definition, a man who engages in sex acts for money with the third definition which is the working definition im going to be using, a venal or unscrupulous person being able is defined as capable of being bought or obtained for money or other valuable considerations. Originating in character associated with corrupt bribery. So its that definition im using when i call breed cohen, kathy, horrors and farrell. Because how is it that likely note that the board is going to go moderate or lets say corporate democrat, or lets say workshop like he cause you all are in the pockets of tech which is overwhelmingly white and up into act upon. Whose one black woman at the hack on i was angeles from [inaudible]. You all are by definition you are corrupt and you can be bought. Its interesting that some supporters that voted for tom happened to be in kathys district. Mike farrell district and norman yee just it its a shame that you all are thank you. Just for future reference, sir please keep your comments formal. Their critique is welcome here but you will be addressing the board as a whole. Thank you. Next speaker, please. Yes, Ronald Edward johnson. Im going to be announcing i will be suing major departments within the city San FranciscoPolice Department mainly in particular. As well as im going to be having an arrest warrant federally obtained for ed lee. So be very ready. Theres a lot of corruption within the [inaudible] cash. Im going to be addressing that as well as the Police Department as they are stalkers and keep on harassing me through [inaudible]. Its going to be very steep and heavy. Have you a lot of money. Is going to be a lot of change good im going to every officer on the force come out of what rank going to jail in my lawsuit. So be very ready because its a lot. Thank you very much. Please, remember contact me as soon as you can could thank you for your comments. Next speaker, please. Before mr. Gilbert he begins if theres any other members of the public would like to address the board during general Public Comment please step up thomasthank you. Little sensitive to tragedy, little sensitive to the arts our world. That said, trying to type loose ends. A long time ago and mentioned only web a man in world war ii captured by the germans spent time in a prisoner of war camp it that a letter from his wife you are divorced and never expected to amount to much of anything. Amanda that North Central missouri a big man in my life. I mentioned my uncle willie who got a metal plate in his head from the battle of the bulge. Another great man in my life. In other certain revere for world war two. Im of that age group now i would like to mention something that i consider great. I think we all consider grades. That would be i think can we see it, this book . Catch22. Basically in antiwar story but something that weve all learned and understand and use. Now i would like the overhead please. This is a construction site crossed the street from where i live. A lot of little boys toys for grown boys. Make a lot of noise. The bureau of building inspection is not allowed to take a decibel reading a noise reading at this site because theyre not trained for it. The department of Public Health is not allowed to take a decibel reading at the site by law. Although they are trained to take a decibel reading. The police can take a decibel reading and can do nothing about it. Catch 22. The policeman did come and said it was 94 db. Way above but i cant do anything about it. Catch22. Thank you thank you. , present. Seeing no other speakers among all in a vacuum thank you any other members of the public would like to provide Public Comment at this time . Seeing none, Public Comment is closed. Bedevil mdm. Clerk please go to the item production without reference to Committee Items 46 through 50 are being considered for adoption without committee reference. A single roll call may enact these items could otherwise be severed and i havent considered severally spews supervisor avalos seeing no other names on the roster, mdm. Clerk on the remaining items can you please please take roll call spews item 4750 peskin aye tang aye yee aye avalos aye breed aye campos aye cohen aye farrell aye kim aye mar aye there are 1110 aye those items passed unanimously [gavel] supervisor tang i apologize we included items 50 and that boat . Yes, we did spews that it may be through the chair to the board clerk i would make sure that resolution or that motion includes the fact that we have a sunday meeting in january . That is correct supervisor tang the charter requires a january 8 inaugural meeting. Theres a port will the board could wave that moved to monday the ninth. Im wondering i develop we still have a discussion i only resend the boat and have a discussion. Supervisor tang has made a motion to rescind the vote for item number 50. Second by supervisor dan part. Hollie can we take that without objection . Without objection the vote for item number 50 has been recent. The gavel mdm. Clerk please call item number 46 item 46 a resolution to commend chuck the various supervisor avalos thank you. If theres anything worse than being talked about is not being talked about. I will motion to have this sent to committee with a single request of a supervisor it can be sent to committee. Mdm. Clerk lets go to item number 50 item 50 is a motion to establish the twentysomething board of supervisors regular meeting scheduled pursuant to the board of supervisors rule suborder section 4. 2 and 4. 21 by canceling the Board Meetings of january 3 january 17 favorite 21st may 30 july 4 october 10 and november 7 and 21st 2017 and all board and Committee Meetings during the Spring Summer and winter breaks for march 27 through march 31 of july 31 through september 4 and december 18, 2017 through january 5, 2018 and further sustaining portions of the board rule 4. 2 to effectuate certain dates within the regular meeting scheduled blog mental flow of business. Before i supervisor tang the understanding that the clerk sent out an email to members of the board expressing were asking for feedback on the calendar but more importantly specifically the inaugural meeting because it was actually booked on a sunday. So i know that i have given my feedback to the clerk my suggestion and i was there we stick to what the charter says. Of course, it is the prerogative of this body to make a decision to change it if you so see fit and with that, i will i dont supervisor tang. Thank you. I simply want to bring it up make sure that we have a discussion here because i did hear about the lack of responses are members of the board. I do respond i thought was probably best to have a meeting on a weekday but im curious to hear other peoples thoughts because i know that at least the art district supervisors will be sworn in. I so want to defer to all them on the decision. Okay. Supervisor cohen is canada for to the odd member districts as well. But i would be against a weekend meeting. Okay. Mdm. Clerk would you like to specify where i can clarify what the options are and we can have a discussion and if you all want to make a different decision we can do that . Okay. The clerk of the board had also mentioned we could potentially do this meeting on monday or we could possibly have this particular inaugural meeting on tuesday. What that would mean is that definitely because the term of the outgoing supervisors expired at noon, the new supervisors potentially as was the existence of her visors will still need to be sworn in and can do so in a private ceremony so they can begin their term prior to and inaugural meeting and the reason why my feedback was such that i thought i was fine with keeping it as is is because it stated in the charter and i did not want to necessarily deviate from that, but we stillim still open can of not necessarily stop on a particular date mdm. Clerk im not sure if we were able to reach out to the incoming members because at the time of our discussion we basically the final votes were not in for certain district and so can you provide us feedback as to whether or not you have an opportunity to reach out to incoming members of the board . Mdm. President ive spoken with one incoming supervisor elect. The other two ive not had an opportunity to speak with them about why did not hear from a majority of the board about the eighth and if you are interested in making a amendment that the inaugural happened on the ninth, i only request is that ill at least be aware that there have been swearing in that have occurred so that we will be able to determine there is not a vacancy in the district for the term out supervisors. Simply because turnout this supervisors do not hold over to the actual swearing in meeting on the night. Civil at my point mdm. Clerk, and explaining what i said earlier to members of the board that once current members of the board terms expired, the incoming members of the board will fill still need to make arrangements to be sworn in which they could do so privately and in order to make sure that there isnt a vacancy during any period of time on the board in those particular seats. So there will be a swearingin or not at that time and official or not, again its up to us to decide if we should have that meeting on january 8. Supervisor cohen thank down that little context of the reason why was supposed to generate a good number stake and i recall the board setting about a month ago explaining that there are costs associated with having a meeting on a sunday. We be paying overtime costs as well as additional staff costs that i think is unnecessary and it might be that it could be considered frivolous spending for taxpayer dollars. So i have no strong position when we meet on a monday or a tuesday. I believe that when if we have it on monday that probably alleviates the dilemma of district being exposed and not having representation. If they mean if they choose not to do a private swearing in. If thats the case number to volunteer my time to swear the new members in so that there isnt a gap in service. Mdm. President just a clarification charter does require january 8. The board will only allows the next business day which would be my date tonight get so tuesday would be out of the question. So monday it is. Thank you supervisor cohen. Supervisor tang thank you. I dont see any odd district folks on the roster but if thats the case then i would like to make a motion to wait a minuteno. To trigger board rule 6. 1 to about a Board Meeting to take place on january 9. At 10 am. Okay. Is there a second . Second by supervisor cohen. As an odd member of the board i mean im not certain [laughing]. Im torn. I want to be sworn in on the date that they specify but its really important that when your new supervisor, i just really would want to hear from you members of the board and mdm. Clerk is our time to continue this item until next week and make a change at the time . Absolutely mdm. President. So i really would like to do that instead. Would you like to withdraw your motion supervisor tang spears through the chair ill withdraw my motion if theres a commitment to really reach out and get the answers from the new supervisors. 80. Yes, there will be the was thats specifically on the inaugural meeting of the rest of the calendar . Okay. Thank you supervisor tang supervisor tang has withdrawn her motion supervisor cohen what are you going to do in the event youre unable to reach one of the supervisors elect . We will make a decision next week at the meeting on december 13. No disrespect push back a little bit are you can be changing mind between now and then . I dont know. I understand that like to hear thoughts of other new members coming on board. As someone who came on board as a new member very special son micah we all recall that you came on board. Yes, it will always be remembered. I think its important that i mean the bigger issue of why i did it was not because like all of us as elected officials we like attention but i did it because i didnt want any member of the community to be turned away at the board chambers because the seating is limited here. I just want to make sure that we use our best efforts and i really want to hear from incoming members as to what they would like to do so that we can make sure that we are a little bit more accommodating to them in this regard, and im just open to that suggestion. Okay. Supervisor cohen thank you. I do want to speak out of turn. I just one final plea. Mdm. Clerk i dont recall what exactly the total costs were to do something on a sunday but i want to remind everyone that we are going to be joined with balancing issue with the sum of our priorities and our tax dollars. I mean, i think we should make every dollar counts. If we dont need to spend then i dont think we should spend. Okay. What was the amount in the memo . That amount was approximately 32,000. Sfgov tv, the sheriff, our staff. Spew out. Nevermind the continuance. Supervisor peskin. Are you serious . You dont want a continuance now . I was wondering what your thoughts were is to make a motion to continue to get the imperative agenda but if you are now i mean i for one dont care. But eighth, ninth, lets move on if we want to take supervisor tangs withdrawn amendment can find. Everyone have it on the eighth whenever the month it is did you say 32,000 . I mustve missed a zero. I like to make supervisor tangs amendment as i originally suggested to you mdm. President privately and when we have this thing on the ninth. What about you supervisor yee . I just want to agree with everybody. You are so easy. Thats all youre my favorite. Do you hear that folks . [laughing] supervisor tang what was your motion . My motion to the chair was a supervisor aaron peskin suggested to you as well was to wavesorryinvoke board rule 6. 1 and have a meeting on monday january ninth. At 10 am. Okay. Second by supervisor peskin. I do want to add in so far even though we all occupied nonpartisan offices, the truth of the matter is that we all are proud democrats in on january 8 the District Assembly offices are happening right winner Board Meeting would be happening and i would imagine that most of us would want to attend one or the other of those Assembly Meetings and i also want to acknowledge that we earlier pass a resolution commending the remarkable decades long service tom bolan was just walked into the chambers and is conferring with buck rosenthal are deputy city attorney. Congratulations mr. 01, under service. Thank you for many decades of incredible legal advice to this body and to every institution in this government.
