Oregon protester Lavoy Finicum telling nbc news that he would rather die than be arrested. Tuesday night, finicum was killed. As authorities arrested protest leader ammon bundy and several members of the armed group occupying the Malheur National wildlife refuge Officials Say it started with a traffic stop, and that finicum and bundys brother ryan refused to surrender. The bundy ranch claimed on facebook that finicum had his hands up and was shot 3 times. Officials. Havent commented much beyond saying its not clear who fired first. Ryan bundy suffered minor injuries finicum died at the scene. He had been one of the most outspoken members of the armed group. Officials say they are searching for two people of interest. The police chief says she believes the shooting was not random. Seattles mayor has been under recent pressure to deal with the homeless problem in seattle. A fourth teenager involved in a Stanton County, nebraska animal cruelty case has admitted his involvement. The teen admitted responsibility to two allegations of animal cruelty. The deptuty Stanton CountyAttorney Says the teen was involved in the tourture and killing of a cat and an opposum on two separate occasions. The teen was 14 at the time. Three other teens have admitted their involvement in the case. A member of the Stanton County school board has pleaded not guilty to six counts related to kirk van pelt faces two counts of animal cruelty and four counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. A sioux city man has pleaded not guilty to stealing from a Sporting Goods store earlier this month. According to authorities, 21yearold clinton gant tried to steal 900dollars worth of merchandise from scheels in the Southern Hills mall. Investigators say gant assaulted one of the Stores Loss Prevention officers while trying to get away. A Police Interview led police to suspect gants involvement in several other crimes. Hes charged with 2nd degree robbery, two forgery counts, and three counts of vehicle theft. New york state officials are set to meet to determine whether or not theyll temporarily turn the raging waters of Niagara Falls into just a trickle. At a public hearing later today, officials will discuss plans to replace 115year old bridges linking the mainland to islands near the brink of the falls. The two concrete arch bridges provide millions of pedestrians with access to goat island each year. Replacing the bridges will mean reducing the flow on falls. And redirecting the Niagara River to the canadian side. The hearing will be held at the Niagara Falls convention center. So what we started with were some small, red, bite size potatoes, and you need about a pound, which, just for frame of reference, thats about 6 to 8 of the little bite size potatoes. I actually used my produce scale yesterday when i picked these up at the store so i could make sure, cuz i definitely go overboard on the potatoes. If i need a pound, i usually come home with like 3, not knowing how much it is, so thats a good way to make sure youre just getting that pound to feed 4 people if you have more. S or bigger ones you would obviously modify. W yeah, so use your food scale for those things, so you can make sure that youre keeping that quarter of your plate to your Starchy Vegetables so your whole plates not potatoes. So throw these in the oven at about 400 for 20 minutes, cuz these are going to have to roast for about 40 minutes total, and whats perfect is you can get these started, then make the rest of your dinner, then they all get done at the same time. So throw these in and then get Everything Else prepped. So, im going to show you how to make the Honey Mustard sauce for your chicken, and this is one of my favorite sauces on chicken. I love it in the summer when were grilling, but this works really well in the oven too. So, its just three ingredients. You needome real maple syrup. This one says pure maple syrup, so, no aunt jemama here, you want to real maple syrup. Its not quite as sweet and its got a richer flavor. I always have this around, but you know, you need about half a cup of this, probably going to be the rest of my jar, a tablespoon of, i think i have dijon mustardrd today. I do. But ive used yellow mustard for this, ive s just whatever you have. W and i like maple syrup because its not quite as sticky as honey. I just find it easier to work with and the taste when it. In the end, is very similar. But if you have honey in your house, obviously this is Honey Mustard chicken s alright we have 30 seconds or less. W ok, and then you need just a little bit of citrus juice in here. I have limes on hand, so im using limes. You can use orange juice, lemon. So put this on your chicken, and then bake Everything Else in the oven at 400 still s including the broccoli. Okay.
