This time, there was just one arrest. A much different scene from monday nights rallies. Vandals meantime damaged an oakland restaurant and injured an employee at a downtown restaurant. It happened monday night at flora on 19th and telegraph. Windows were also shattered and walls spray painted. This is a picture of the employee after the attack. He was standing outside trying to protect the restaurant from further damage when a protestor hit him on the head with a hammer. He was blooded and bruised and was sent to the emergency room to be treated for his injuries. Restaurant owners say he is doing ok, and will take a few days off before mark protests also took place in San Francisco.
