of burglaries. will tran spoke to place this morning. >> start sergeant told me they may finally have a composite sketch of the suspect. if so they will give it to me. investigators may have gotten a break because on monday, on cheryl circle the suspect tried to break into a home. removing the window. he did not know the homeowner was inside. he was on the second floor and could look below. the suspect ran off but perhaps not before the home owner got a good look at him. police believe he may be the same suspect between a string of burglaries around pleasanton. even though he was foiled last weekend. johan this was found unconscious on the floor of the temple nightclub just south he later died. through the club gores were injured in fights that night here in no arrests have been harrington. balico, said he is stepping down to spend more time with his family. his decision came as efforts to recall him were becoming official. right after balico's announcement, balico was served "phantom recall" that failed to notify consumers. the attorney general said johnson & johnson and its subsidiaries discovered in late 2008 that supplies of motrin sold in 8- and 24-caplet containers
