He also allegedly forced two back seat passengers out of the car, along with his 1yearold daughter. Butler is believed to be in the sacramento area or monterey county. From bad to worse, more cement discovered in an oakland creek. Crews found another chunk of cement today in the glen echo creek. They also found cement in a womans backyard. All of this after 12 truckloads of incident were accidentally dumped into the water earlier this week. It happened when a subcontractor filled an old pipe in the creek with cement and didnt realize that a valve was open. The cleanup continued upcreek. They cleaned about 150 feet of what you saw over there behind the spiritual center. They used picks and shovels and buckets to get some of that hardened cellular cement out.
