The Attorney Says two kidnapers broke into his home on monday. The ransom was 8,500. He says his client cooperated spent 17 hours, being interrogated provided fingerprints clothes and access to electronics. And on his phone when they took the phone off airplane mode, there were messages from the kidnapers. Huskins reappeared yesterday near her hometown of huntington beach. Tonight police are confirming it was another offers bullet that killed the gunman who took the life of officer johnson. Damian trujillo sat down with more on the extraordinary actions of a single officer that likely kept others from being killed. A medical problem may be the reason a man crashed his suv into a 7eleven this morning. No one was hurt inside the market, but a witness says the store was not as crowded as the time of the crash as it had been a few hours earlier. The 74yearold driver was alone in the suv. Well, a battle behind bars. Tonight there are accusations that San FranciscoSheriff Deputies have been forcing inmates into gladiator style fights for their own amusement. Four Sheriff Deputies here at the the jail in San Francisco are accused of forcing inmates into fights and then betting on those fights. He said its the most outrageous conduct he has seen in 30 years at the hall of justice. T. I can only describe this as an outrageously sadistic scenario that sounds like its out of the game of thrones. He said he heard about deputies organizing glade ya tor fights from an inmates father, who sent him emails asking for help. The inmate is Ricardo Garcia recorded on this phone call. The inmates described injuries lasting several weeks. Garcia at 59 150 pounds was set to fight an inmate weighing 350 pounds. Inmate Stanley Harris says he was trained by deputies and bribed with food private investigator barry simon interviewed five inmates at the jail last friday. The main thing that struck me the most was their consistency in what they said and how they presented it. The inmates named four deputies. Scott neu, the alleged ringleader. Eugene jones, Clifford Chiba and deputy staehly. The Attorney Says theres got to be more. Its impossible for two or three or four deputies to commandeer the jail and stage fights without other deputies being aware of it. This sheriff believes thats true. I do believe that. I think the thin blue line extends into prisons and jails. I think that could very well be the case. Reporter i contacted the sheriff association. We have not heard back from them. But within the last two minutes, i received an email from a law firm saying the deputies may have allowed two inmates to wrestle in order to settle a dispute. The wrestling was essentially little more than horseplay, and there was no betting, and inmates were never forced to workout. They were never forced to fight. School Officials Say the stabbing happened around 11 00 this morning. The two seventh graders were in the locker room changing with the classmates when one student attacked the other. No other students were injured, and School Officials say the attacker immediately turned himself in.
