Everybody in the electric utility business is suddenly decided, wow, we need Nuclear Power too. But from the beginning, the peaceful atom was dont bust, safety concerns to the moon. Basically, they have clear that accidents could have their very serious attention by rising costs. Its economically so complex, so difficult, so tricky.
